Priority-based multi-agent planner.

Plans agents one by one (longest distance first), reserving each agent’s path in the grid so that subsequent agents avoid it.

pub fn plan( grid: &mut Grid, tasks: &mut [AgentTask], algorithm: SingleAgentAlgorithm, ) -> RoboticsResult<Vec<NodePath>>

Plan paths for all agents. Returns the ordered agent list and their paths. Agents are planned in descending order of start-to-goal distance.
