What This Shows

Real underwater frames Twenty Tank Dataset `short_test` images are previewed from the published sample pack contact sheet.

Matched camera poses The 3D path is drawn from the same frame metadata used to generate `transforms.json`.

Ready for smoke tests The pack includes manual pinhole intrinsics and passes `check_3dgs_training_ready.py`.
